They should make somes more akin to ornn items

With the release of ornn and his ram there are now items that you can only purchase once and can not switch out. So why not make summoner spells like this. For example instead of choosing summs in champ select you get from the store for free, however once you have the two summs you are going to run you cant sell them for another summs. That way you dont have jgs who forget smite and it might allow some more coordination between teams.
