Hey Riot, is Koggy on the radar for any work?

Specifically his Innate?

The last time he was fiddled with, his Q got a complete rework, changing it from a medium range targeted nuke with flat resist shred to a long range missile skillshot with %resist shred. Previously Koggy's Q and Innate served as a fallback play pattern for him, dangerous at range but with a nasty bite up close if you dive him. The change to his Q pushed him more distinctly in a long range poke direction at the expense of his ability to duel squishy targets who try to duel him up close.

Now his Innate really stands out as not fitting in with everything else. Have you guys considered giving it the axe and then having one of the other passives/buffs in his kit moved to his Innate to give him a stronger, more unified identity?
