Low LP Gain

Recently in youtube videos, the developers have revealed that they are trying to make the ranked system this season more rewarding, but Its not enough. I'm consistently getting high KD's in my Elo and I'm not trying to brag but I just won a game and I earned 8 lp. This is an extremely low number of lp to gain for a game that I invested an hour of my life in. it is because of problems like this that many league of legends players are starting to leave this game and play other games, like rainbow six for example, whos ranked system is exactly as rewarding as it should be.
