Can Skarner get an actual passive instead of the gimmicky mini-game that he has now?

With dominion gone there is literally no lore behind skarner's passive anymore. And we all know how important the lore is to a champion being successful!
Don't worry, he has 9 passives to pick from. They are called Keystones, and they were though so that champs with no passives could get the feel of actually having a passive, so that Riot wouldn't have to think actual unique passives.
Agreed. although not because dominion is gone but simply because the king of the hill mini game was a shitty idea
