Grasp of the Undying is confusing me. It says your basic attack "steals" health, but I don't know whether that means it just heals you or also does on-hit damage equal to 3% of your health. I reaaaaly want it to do damage so that my 
can wreck more. Could a Rioter answer this?
There has been some talk / confuse about this issue. But I believe in the latest DEV Blog discussing the Keystone Masteries someone in the comment section brought this up and a rioter replied that it does 3% of your HP as magic damage.
Of course this I wouldn't but full faith in this because Riot has never actually defined what stealing health is. I say this because Mordekaiser's W steals health, but also does magic damage. Where he will steal health from two targets but deal damage to any enemy within his ring. In the LoL Wiki they have the ability as healing and dealing damage, yet the tool tip says steals health.
I too would like to know the answer to this.

I have played Grasp of the Undying on . It has made me fall in love with the resolve tree.
it should steal because thats what it says to steal is to take what other people have life steal steals 20% for example of the damage dealt
