Varus is weak beyond weak now

So I'll keep posting this since he is the only adc or more of the only champ I truly like to play. With the change in items and lethality he cant do the caster build anymore or he is severely weakened by it. 2 he can't do the on hit hybrid build that I used to run which in my opinion was his strongest build anymore or more of with the change in fervor of battle he is severally weakened by this.. so In closing he has nothing going for him minus his ap scalings are pretty strong however he is plaqued with high cds high mana cost no escape low mobility no steroid which no his passive doesn't count. Okay poke I guess that has a low hit box.... so what is exactly great about him now nothing . His q needs to be changed to be like ezs q which would be a good fix . Or his passive needs to be like Oris passive but scale off ad . Keep his w the exact same. This would make him have 2 on hit effects however this would keep him relevant. The other thing I may have to do is go ap in the bottom lane which wouldn't be bad or start taking smite in bot lane and getting blood razor
