New season starts, what was the point of pre-season?
All of the things that were implemented or problems that still need tweaking (jungle, mages being pushed out of mid lane, dragon power, LW/VS, Leesin & Zed, etc)

Would you really want to start the season with "420 Blaze It Weedwick"?
Mages being pushed out of mid lane: Riot is nerfing assassins. Especially the manaless ones.
Dragon Power is acceptable now - the buff doesn't snowball as hard as it used to.
Last Whisper and Void Staff need a price increase by 300 to 500 gold, nothing more.
Zed is being nerfed right now. The ones he has are quite light, for now, but I tend to think this is, first and foremost, an evaluating nerf - it is possible that this nerf will actually affect his playstyle a great deal, as it targets his synergy with the current core item of BotRK. Remember, he loses 2% of his base AS and 32% of his AS/level, resulting in his AS with BotRK at level 18 decreasing to 1.13 from 1.27. A loss of 11%.
And the jungle is actually quite decent now. After their first clear, everyone can still jungle. Or what do you mean by jungle?
