Idea for one (free) promo game win

I think RIOT should make this: -When you are game to promo, I mean 95+ lp.. That if you get more than 20 lp you get one free win in promo.. That would be really nice and not frustrating for players.

-Example: You have 99 lp, you win and get 22lp, that's 100 + 21.. where does that 21 goes.. free win in promo.. That's just my opinion and I don't think that would be bad idea..****************************

Or, just make it so the extra lp 'rolls over'. Examples: You're at 98lp, win (would have earned 20lp). 2 of it gets you into promos. The other 18 gets saved up. If you win, you start your new rank with +18lp. If you lose (lets say 0-2) and go down to 70lp, the 18 gets added on and now you're at 88lp.
