Looks similar to Akali shroud, thought I'd put it out there since he IS the darkness.

No. Not on his Q.
Now, if we gave it to his ult (maybe in a weird hybrid with a very short range camo, where it only shows him if he's within ~200 units of you but he's basically immune to true sight otherwise) and made it only bring him near his opponent in ult, rather than on top of them, that'd make a lot more sense thematically and be cool.
thats a massive buff and he would need alot of nerfing to even allow it to exist
