Is Riot happy with where Tahm Kench is right now?

I've been pushing for some attention to be paid to the River King lately just because I really enjoyed the champion on release, but now I don't find him fun anymore. It seems like he has neither damage nor range anymore. His abilities are clunky, his reach nonexistent, and his hit box is gigantic. He gets stuck on everything. His self-heal has been nerfed really hard. Basically, everything that used to make Tahm the King has been taken away. He is now the River Pauper.

But, maybe that's what Riot wants. Are you all happy with where he sits in the game right now, or are you looking for ways to bring him up a little?
