@Meddler : Hunter's Talisman, Magus and Juggernaut

What are the chances of bringing back an alternative jungle item for mages and juggernauts/dive fighters?

Right now, runeglaive is probably balanced for a lot of AP junglers who weave basic attacks in with their spells and don't need a tonne of AP like Evelynn, Elise and Diana, but on some other jungle mages, the increased price and lowered AP of the item make it nearly unusable. Nidalee PREFERRED magus, but could still use runeglaive, but champions like fiddlesticks are floundering right now. Auto-attack centrick junglers have a couple good choices with devourer AND Warrior as options, so would it be so wrong to give AP junglers two options as well? There's a lot of acceptable directions for the item from containing spell vamp with a Hextech Revolver like the old spirit of the spectral wraith, to just being heavy AP like Magus with a fiendish codes or a needlessly large rod or something else entirely like an aether Wisp. The point being, just to give mages who would MUCH rather have AP than the mana and sheen proc from runeglaive a secondary option.

Spirirt of the Ancient golem is... less necessary, but it could help to differentiate true tank junglers from the more juggernautyish types. Sure Sejuani, Zac and Rammus, for example, LOVE that massive HP with %HP bonus, but there are plenty of other champions who jungle and want HP, but don't necessarily want to beuild pure tank, like Vi, Jarvan and Udyr. I mean, Warrior or Devourer can often be decent alternative choices for them, but if you want the HP option but don't want to build full tank, the CDR and tenacity on the old Juggernaut/Spirit of the Ancient Golem might have made it a more attractive option. Just a thought.

Oh and, finally, whatever choice Riot makes on those previous items, PLEASE consider adding % HP scaling to Hunter's Talisman because, right now, without trailblazer, even late game jungle tanks like sejuani can be taking quite a beating in the jungle before they even encounter an enemy champion. It's enough of a tradeoff that their clear speed still sucks comparitively late game without losing more HP in the process.
