Can I get a rioter to answer something for me?

Preferrably someone from the balance team. And the question is this: If I'm a melee champion, say Jax top. How am I meant to lane vs Akali? I'm genuinely curious if anyone at riot can answer that question. Because the answer seems to be "stand under tower" until level 11 after which that doesn't work either.

I'm sincerely curious if Rioters have an answer for this? Because if they don't, and I imagine they don't, they should fix this. No matter how carefully you lane, you don't just lose it. Akali's basic mechanics are completely impossible to play melee into. That's understood right? Like she can drop all aggro so can trade in minions for free as much as she wants? We get that?

I'm just curious if actual rioters have the slightest idea what playing the game is like.

As an ADC main, how dare any of you complain about this. We ADC mains have been constantly bullied by the rest of this community for complaining about mages, bruisers and assassins being made to fit in bot lane. Both as supports and laners. Now that YOU have a taste of what we have to deal with you aren't ok with it? It disgusts me. But at the very least maybe now we can actually fix this problem. Get mages, and assassins out of bot and top. They belong Mid or the Jungle.

You don't enjoy getting Qed and not having anything to do against it? Like getting clo..oh wait, I get slowed.. maybe I can chase tho, she got MS, but maybe she loses a lot of energ...oh she got it back, but maybe I deal more DM...oh wait.

I love Toplane and the variety we got from Riot, like Tahm again!

Assuming you play Jax, buy Corrupting Pot and get E lvl 1. The trick to laning against her is to be aggressive vs her when you have E and play passively when you don't (that means back off when she tries to Q + AA you and pick up farm). When you hit lvl 3, you can make some pretty strong trades. If she goes at you (meaning Ws and then tries to harass you) you wanna wait it out, after that you go in with E + Q + W and then back away. Since W has a 25 s cd at rank 1, you have a lot of time to be aggressive vs her (that doesn't mean that you have to attack her, just be infront of the wave to force her back and miss xp and gold).

When she hits 6 and ults you the first time, you wanna ult aswell to get the MR to reduce your damage taken, otherwise it's mostly like when you fought at lvl 3.

Jax trashes the majority of the roster. It's extraordinarily remarkable that you think him having no recourse against one or two Champions is some kind of undue transgression against his playerbase. Heaven forbid Jax has a difficult game here and there where he can't just coast through the laning phase and emerge as a raid boss with the minimum of effort.
