Idea to fix afk in ranked

So as we all know afk'ing during ranked is like ass cancer, so I was thinking if someone DC's they take the full force of the LP loss but the rest of their team gets reduced LP loss, however if someone's duo'd/flex'd then dc's, their duo/flex partner(s) do/does not get reduced LP then.
