Conqueror just needs to be removed

Its so stupid that you literally just made a cross between Undying Grasp and Press the Attack and then made it do a shit ton of damage with no CD as melee. Its so broken that even some range champs take it with the CD.

Remove conqueror its just plain toxic and removes the need for bruisers to build armor pen making them all build super glass cannon one shot builds that require no set up. 4 seconds in combat isn't really a downside when literally there are minion waves and jungle camps everywhere and even if you only AA 2 times you usually do more damage than press the attack does unless you have teammate support to hold them down.
