Bring back opponents rank borders

With the new loading screen and the ability to see everyones mastery points on their champions, it makes no sense that we can't see the opponents rank borders.

Didn't Riot remove enemy rank borders, because they could make people feel uncomfortable or something when they see a higher ranked opponent.

What is the meaning of showing everyone the enemy mastery points on the champion then?

I am not asking to remove the mastery from the loading screen, I think it's great, but you should bring back opponent rank borders too.
