Chinese ARAM only accounts on EUW server

I noticed this a while ago. Usually around these hours, I can see a lot of chinese players (usually having, well chinese nicknames and club containing "chinese" something), and they always, ALWAYS have stupid broken picks. I can't tell the number of times I've fought a Nidalee without any mastery point, same as Lux, with these chinese accounts. I usually get angry and ask them to go back to their server and eat dogs / Mao was a great guy, but it doesn't seem to work. Can we solve this issue please ?
