Balancing healing around greivous wounds:

IMO it feels like grevious wounds are like vlad and spellvamp gotta balance champs like raka around them cause enemies will probably always have access to them, why not buff the hell out of grevious wounds but make them less acessable like only within so many seconds like ignite etc. and ofc make healing better for windows of power
