Eve is so trash right now..

Sudden stealth is very unhealthy and anti-fun so the indication should be okay. What should be removed is the directional indicator when you cast charm. Evelynn is squishy and requires to be up close and personal (assuming you don't want to use your R primarily for initiation). That indicator from stealth is pretty healthy since it does warn your enemy for some degree of counterplay, but since her charm requires time, the indicator essentially negates the chance of even getting close enough to proc it off. More than often once you charm someone, that indication and 2 seconds is more than enough for the enemies to get somewhere safe etc. Her charm just gives too many options to counter it. I'd say either remove the directional indicator or make the charm load-up time shorter.

Evelynn is balanced around next season rune changes.

Evelynn does NOT need her charm mechanics altered.

Charm is an option, not mandatory for going in.

Choose your charm target depending on the situation. NOTE: You don't always HAVE to try to attack the charmed target. It can be used to zone out squishy champs as well as nuke magic resistance of tanky targets.

Charm is an excellent skill the way it is. It has caveats and benefits.

What she really needs is a reset on Whiplash's cooldown. Since people are primarily using it to engage, re-empowering it on kill will give her movement speed steroid that lasts throughout the fight that she is missing (provided she has the mana to cast).

Charm is not the issue. Her lack of resets are. When old Evelynn would get a penta, she was speed boosted over 50% of the fight. This Evelynn has no way to maintain that kind of speed boost and its all she needs to be able to secure a pentakill again. Just give Whiplash an reset on the Empower that doesn't require her to have Demon Shade active and that is the only change she will ever need.
