when will riot fix the AFK issue?

this game my jungler afk'd at the 3 minute mark, it lasted 32 minutes, not that the other team refused to end, they couldn't end cuz we were better, in every way, but because 1 person afk'd we lost because Riot still hasn't figured out to not fuck over 4 people cuz one person wants to be a fucken loser, like why cant you end the game if that person has been afk for 10+ minutes? the game can tell if someone is afk so why punish 4 teamates

The thing this punishing a disconnect does nothing, Riot and the community needs to punish those that exploit unfair advantages like winning a lost game because someone disconnected the entire time or killing a disconnect both should be ban-able offenses.
