Good job on the marksmen runes!
These new introduced runes influence dps, sustained fighting for marksmen, making it so it takes time for their potential to unlock in a fight. These are a step in the right direction for adcs, I hope to see more of this in the form of runes, items, or kits. The new fervor also focuses on single target damage, trying to to switch targets and stay locked onto one person at a time. Really makes your decision making matter more when you lose half your keystone damage every time you hit a new champ.
I don't like how warlords is brought back again though, hope a new keystone takes it's place, a new form of energized attacks maybe. It might not be as bad this time around though since they're working hard to make them all balanced, and I don't think I read anything about fleet doubling the heal on crits.
