LEBLANC NIGHTMARE

riot games did a rework on leblanc so that she doesnt run arount and one shot people without being caught.BUT its quite the oposite.leblanc its still a nightmare and when i play against her loose is the only option for me.to proove my point i was allied with a LB mid and we were loosing hard i mean 43-11 or something and with her making 37 kills in less than 15 mins we managed to win.and i say WHERE IS THE BALANCE RIOT GAMES?you managed to balance katarina but not LB and veigar who also in lvl 7 with not even an item can one shot people.
