Taliyah has a 34% win rate last I checked. I've played her quite a few games. Here is a list of things I think would make her more viable. (Not all of these put together, but individually or paired with another one or two)

  1. Make her passive have a longer range (I feel like I have to be licking the wall to use the passive)
  2. Make her W a tiny bit larger
  3. Make her able to cast her E while casting her W (would be extremely helpful in quick decision making)
  4. Make her Q have more late game scaling with unchanged early game
  5. Lower CD on her ult
  6. Longer ranged E / One more layer farther of rocks
  7. Remove the god damn rock puns every .00001 seconds
  8. Partial refund on Cooldown on her Q when used in Worked Ground (I think this one would be very good)
  9. Remove cast-time for her W
  10. Increase AA Range

I feel she lacks damage from having no damage-dealing ultimate or passive while also lacking mobility. If somebody hops in her face, she has nothing she can do except her W, which has a very small radius. Her entire kite revolves around her being able to kite effectively with her Q and Crystal Scepter. Her ult has an extremely long cooldown (nearly 3 minutes), has a very short range until level 11/16, and most champions have a dash to get over the wall anyways. She seems to not have much damage at all; I cant even seem to kill a minion with all 5 hits of her Q.
