It just beyond my mind now to understand why left like this without any nerf, why his E is the only skill in game able to channel full Conquer and worst part even can't counter his healing from E due to it ability based power.

Like honestly where is the balance team when champion get out of the line and just be beyond broken, and we not talking about in top lane term but even in mid lane special where he just spin and be twice the speed of any champion for some reason.

One thing I find a little unusual about Garen is, despite how his spin looks and logic in general, it's not a channeled ability. Even if he's stunned, silenced, or slept during its animation, it continues.

It was a normals but considering their jungler was 0/0/1, it seems you lost the lane 1v1 to a superior player. Garen is good at stat checking enemy champions, and has favorable trades in lane but he still isn't anywhere near OP, especially considering all the other champions in top lane.

One of the goals of the Mini-Rework was to allow Garen to be able to access Conqueror, as before, he was one of the Fighters with the WORST synergy with it, despite it being a so-called Keystone for Fighters/Bruisers. His E being able to stack the ability comes from the fact that his E is his most often used skill (He's called SPIN to win for a reason after all), and how before it only gave a single stack of the ability (Both before AND after the Keystone got reworked) despite the fact that the skill/attack hits multiple times in a single use. He was a Fighter, yet he was essentially locked out of the Keystone supposedly MEANT for them.

There was also the removal of Villainy, and the AS scaling (I assume that's what you refer to with this:

It was given to him to open new itemization opportunities (Though it's essentially forced his former bread-n-butter item item 3071 OUT of his itemization instead for item 3078 ) but after numerous tests, his damage output largely didn't change. People just mysteriously forgot how to play against him.

if a garen can rub together two brain cells, even counter matchups become manageable. his passive allows him to take unfavorable trades and come out on top so long as he dials back his aggression.

As much as I love Garen, I do want his power curbed. He can't be allowed to be this strong as long as his kit remains the way it is. Start by nerfing the Conq. stacking on his E, so it hits Garen's power without actually touching his kit.

more than half the roster of viable champs are just champs with some stupid gimmick to abuse that 1 shots you. Garen is just another in a large pool of brainless champs. They do not care.
