Bring Back Removed spell Game-play

First I would like to say hallow everybody and my great congratulations for your biggest update and patches and love of your members. in the second point I would like to talk about the removed spell the elder once Clairvoyance {{summoner:2}} and Revive now I only see flash,teleport,heal,clartiy,cleanse,exhaust,barrier,smite,idk if the Clairovyance is there or not also idk if this old spells like Fortify,Promote and surge exsist or not as I see in old list of my game info's.

but how ever I new that from help and support revive was removed because of trolls for an instance: I'm troll my purpose is to screw the game up because I had few bad games or just because e I'm got lower rank or just because I suck so it's going to be 4v5(the five will get kills )I agree that I can use revive and give them more fast kills but any way it's hard to win 4v5 unless your smurf or you got dummies on enemy team but after all I went to troll I wanted my team to lose either there is revive or not and I will not stop even when this spell is removed (that's just an example

so to be honest I don't see any reasons for removing this spells and I don't see any problems will be caused if u put them back and even let 1player like me use it or even 2 thx you for reading with the best of luck
