My thoughts so far.

So far, i've played 8 games, 4 of which were as a mid laner. I've played Orianna(my main), Lux, and Azir. In each of those games (as well as 3 more in which i didn't play mid), the other midlaner was AD (zed/ez/yasuo). I felt like i wasn't dealing any damage to them, while they were dealing tons to me. I was actually surprised to see how much damage ez dealt(so were my friends once they faced him), and i'm pretty sure he wasn't this powerful before. Meanwhile, i felt like i was throwing sponges at the enemy laner. It feels bad to play my main, and i love playing Orianna. I feel like i can't do anything except stand under tower, which sometimes doesn't work. Whether this is because i lost my 8xArmor runes, or thunderlords, or the new runes favor ad champions a lot more, i don't know. I don't think it's because i don't know how to play, as i ended up in gold this season and i don't think i'm THAT rusty after not playing a month or two. So overall, i feel like the new runes replacing the old stuff is bad. Hopefully it'll improve with time, but for now, i'm unable to enjoy myself while playing.
