how do you play rumble

its impossible to win lane...................i try to attack and i lose half my health.....try to Q opponent and i cant hit with it unless i walk into my opponent...and it just lets them use all their skills on me and take half my max health away.......................and his passive....this is the most counter productive thing have ever seen. silences me for 6 seconds...yea...thats useful
