Should Minion Dematerializer be stronger or not?

I do not know all the complex math behind it, but when I use MD as Lux it feels kinda weak. Yes, she already has poor waveclear without lots of AP, but even when using it I don't notice a huge improvement on my last-hits.

Would buffing MD make it broken?
