an item i hope to see in the assassin rework

its an item that allows them to place a lot of vision and also have a red trink in their inventory. sort of like trackers knife. when i play assassin, its no the instaburst that I think is fun, its the invading enemy jungle and knowing that no one knows where i am. Hunting ppl down with vision. Killing the jungler at his camps. I think thats one of the best ways to play assassin.

so this item would be like 70 ap, 15 mr pen, 2 pink ward charges per shop visit. Cheep to buy.
