The new Viktor's ultimate looks like a blue trinket and VERY hard to detect. The previous (cloudy electric ult) is way much easier to detect and much more comfortable for experienced Viktor players.

Due to the circle and the animation it is not that hard to see and detect. The cloud always took away vision of other AOE stuff and the real fight in the cloud.

The nwe one is not scarry enough and needs some work, but it is already way better than the old one.
