Riot, can we have a monotone option for the anouncer?

I have autism, and the emotional tones she uses are actually pretty confusing for me, not only that but they often are huge contributors to tilt. and I can be pretty good about handling tilt.

but I just think that, something that's put in for increasing user satisfaction that hurts user satisfaction for people who are learning different is probably a bad thing that should really be addressed.

just if there was an announcer that I could opt to use as an option in the options menu, that spoke without any emotional inflections would be really really appreciated.
