Illaoi is a juggernaut

She's a juggernaut. Juggernauts tend to lack heavy or multiple forms of CC.

Darius is kinda weird since he has a pull and a slow. But one could argue that his utility is more self serving and damaging than a tanks CC.

What if her tentacles stunned you when you're a vessel?

Or one stun per enemy while her ultimate is active.

But I don't think she needs one.

She already forces you to fight a juggernaut or be put in time out for 30-40 seconds whenever she lands test of spirit, she doesn't need anything else so long as she has it

I don't think she needs cc. Test of Spirit is a lot of utility in a much more interesting package.
