Shen - eye of twilight

well did anyone ever have the issue with shens ult that when you ulted lets say your ad carry in a team fight and youre in base or top lane and your team fights without you. shouldnt it be fair if his ults cd would be halfed if it never finished the channel or someone disables it or even finish teleporting there. does anyone agree or have a disagreement with that leave it in the comments. glhf people [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
