Enemy team had a lucian. was able to win every trade even if i had Ignite and Exhaust as Taric... my kog suckd but still he shouldnt be able to win landslide trades like that. especially when hit by stunn and all of my 6 in total empowered autro attacks...

Riot he is the best adc atm... Nerf him so he is in league with everyone else. not a must pick or must ban adc.

Half of the lucian p;layers i fight arent even good. they dont dodge any stun. but due to the emense dueling power even under Exhaust they will win.
