Champ Select

You know Aram? You know about the re-roll system? Well, I was thinking, what if we implemented an "opt out" option for champ selects in the same way the Aram has their re-roll option? Of course, there would be some discrepancies between the two with a bit of tweaking. This idea is solely for ranks to deal with champ select trolls.

You can place a weekly quota, rather than a daily, on the amount of "opt outs" you can gain within the week to reduce people's tendency to abuse good-willed systems. You can cap it at 2 "opt outs" just like the Aram re-rolls. People don't run into trolls that frequently and I think 2 (or gaining another way to make it up to 3) "opt outs" should be more than enough to handle such a situation.

Just a thought to help out with trolls, bad team comps and when people miss and forget their roles and lock in and improper champ. It doesn't punish anyone and gives people a fair chance not to get cucked by trolls or mistakes.
