I dont like how strong graves is atm

I like the whole idea of a shotgun dude and bla bla but its just too much

1-his E CD is way too low special if you consider that it get lower every HIT and ADCs now have way too many CDR options for some weird reason which make graves able to stack it and he end up with 120 mr and Armor...Riot pls

2-His life steal with the new AA mechanic is way too hight this need to be fixed i dont know he need to get reduced healing or something

3-His Q is str8 up broken i know riot nerf it but 350 damage i a bit too much....for a skill that can be spamed 350 damage dont even have some ultimate abilities

I have find Cait as the most healthy smooth champion atm and when this champ rework come from the guy that his name we dont say because a yasuo jump on the screen from thresh lantern....

So if this guy have find a way to balance an adc and make it smooth i believe that graves can be balanced without of him being obnoxious or UP
