Baron and Structures

Asking myself : Is Baron too op or turrets are useless? I mean check this game at 40:30, one of nexus turret just disappear in 1.5 sec. Also, when I play games, no matter if 5v5 or 3v3, the structures get soooo easily destroyed by winions buffed by baron or vilemaw(especially when 2 bigs winions per lane, i called this "hell on earth") , enemies have just to sit near their minions and wait for victory. It could be fun to nerf aura winions and buff turrets(to make them useful)...
