New Champ Select

Ok, I understand the new champ select is made to maximum fairness, and appeals to all who care about which role they play, but seriously this is ridiculous, I have been in at least **5 fifteen minute q times within the first 3 ** days to the new champ select. Every time I get into a game, at least 75 percent of the time someone forgets to lock in, I mean i get this prevents asks, but seriously as I write this i am in a 18 min q, and I have enough time to write this without one game popping up. Anyone else having this problem?? if so give me your thoughts :)) one more complain... Games rarely ever get accepted it seems like!
