Bots on MY TEAM?

Let me give some background information first; I started playing LoL a few months ago, and I've been playing bot matches most of the time since I want to get to level 30 before I get into the actual playing scene. I'm not going straight into ranked, of course, but I want to get all of my runes first so I actually stand a chance when I do get to level 30.

Anyway...

I got up this morning to play some LoL, and started up a Co-Op vs AI game, expecting a short 20 minute match as per usual. When I get to the champion select screen, my team has already picked their champions, not saying anything in chat, and not contesting my call for top. Okay... Free top for me, I guess. I go into the game, nobody has said anything for the first 3 minutes. Their summoner spells seemed a bit off to me, most of them taking Cleanse and the one that regenerates your mana (forget the name, nobody uses it). After that, I thought "Well, maybe they're just new to the game and made a party together." Not two minutes later, they all start running straight to mid, suiciding into the enemy fiddlesticks and the enemy tower. I ping them a few times when they suicide into the tower and ask them once why they are all going mid together. Meanwhile, botlane is pushed up to our second tower at the seven minute mark. Finally, I've decided that they're a bunch of bots that simply farm XP by losing over and over. They probably just sell the accounts, too. The rest of the game isn't very interesting, most of the time it's just me playing as Cho'Gath, being a character that CANNOT solo carry a game by any means. This meant that the inhibitors were constantly down, super minions going at our nexus for the entire game. I manage to destroy one tower by defending until the inhibitor was back up, but this is pretty much useless because our team is already something like 35 deaths in. I'm kind of proud of the fact that I held my own pretty well against the entire enemy team for a while, to be honest.

HOWEVER.

The point is, there are people that are sending premade teams of bots into Co-Op matches in groups of 4. This means that some unlucky player, like me, is going to be queueing up for a bot match, stuck with a bunch of feeding, trolling bots. This is definitely a problem, as the bots don't know how to surrender in order to end the game early, and they cannot defend at all because all they do is autoattack the minions and move on to mid after a few seconds. There needs to be a way to remake the team in the case of trolling parties of 4 or bots.

This problem is not a small one, in fact, since I've encountered a team of bots twice in the past two weeks, and I did not play a lot of games during those two weeks. I played one or two matches on the days that I did play, just to get the daily IP bonus.
