Inconsistant Mastery Tooltips

Hello, I am currently leveling through the painful experiences of pre-30 League, and I was confused with the inconsistency of the Keystone Mastery tooltips.

In the example of Bloodlust, The tool tip in the Client says you heal when you Crit a champion, But in-Game it does not include the champion part...

The mastery works when you Crit a champion, so that means the Client mastery is correct, and the In-game tooltip needs to be changed as well, But waht about the Windspeaker Keystone?

The Client mastery just says your Heals and Shields are 10% Stronger. However In-game it includes "(Excluding Yourself)". So which one is true?

I would assume the Client mastery is true, but does that mean it works on Vladimir if he uses it?

Please fix the inconsistency with the mastery tooltips.
