Can you lift 3v3 ranked play restrictions?

The playerbase is so small that even if you get a full team of e.g. gold player you will have to fight sometimes against bronce/diamond/challenger player anyway because the queue timer would be otherwise ridiculous long.

These hard restrictions that you can only play with player on your elo only makes it worse and a lot of player will find it a huge struggle to get a team for 3v3 together.
