How can i make it so my resolution stops changing

I dont know why but lately, whenever i enter a game my loading screen goes to a massive size and the small text down in the left corner becomes huge, then when i enter the game my char is all zoomed in and i cant buy items and have to reload the client, this happens constantly last few days and its become a major pain to have to keep closing the client an reopening it. ive tried doing full repairs, but there doesnt seem to be a fix to it. deleting the saved settings from config only temporary fixes. sooner or later it messes up again.
