Merge Duskblade and Stormrazor into one item?

Objective we only need one ad burst item it should be useful for everyone if they want it, screw attack speed melee gets more damage because ranged burst is safer assassins should be able to make good use of such an item

1. delete duskblade
2. remove attack speed from stormrazor, give it some lethality instead
3. make the 160% - 200% crit damage scale with level instead of crit chance, maybe even start the scale lower than 160%
4. have stormrazor reset after the delay -or- by going out of sight
5. make stormrazor weaker for ranged champions; but it should be based on distance *
6. no more ward countering

*5 - melee should do more damage than ranged champions but riot should program the item to calculate based on proximity a. ranged burst is safer and should be weaker b. if they use their burst at close proximity however, maybe they should be rewarded c. low range champions like Urgot need better coding like this to not always be screwed over for being "ranged"
