massive fps drop in 5.22

so I've been able to run league at solid 250 fps on my computer, yet something in this patch is causing it to plummet to 30-45 frames every few seconds. Anyone else having this issue? Is this another weird rito disabling something and causing the game to freak out?

I was able to start games at 250-300 fps but now I start at 140 and it drops down to 50-60 during mid game/teamfights. You are not the only one
