Jungle Nerfs

I'm not a jungler but I think this is a terrible change because it doesn't hurt just funnel comps but all junglers. Any jungler going to help lanes after the laner died and reduces the lead that jg's work hard to get after they already took a nerf to jungler exp. How I believe the issue should've been handled is that similar to the relic shield range if another player is within the range then the minions grant 10 less gold, not harming the advantages gained or jg's pushing waves off tower.
