Some Areas Should have Diminishing Returns

First I would like to state what is diminishing returns is. Diminishing returns is where you have soo much of something it starts hurting you. an example of this is how in an mmo where crit power (the amount amplified when you crit) starts to taper off when you stack a ton of crit power.

Some areas in which this diminishing returns should apply in League is

  1. ** lifesteal**- A lot of people have been complaining on how life-steal for dps and burst ad champs is out of hand because they can auto attack. Well at some value (idk what) it should be where you are getting the maximum amount and any more lifesteal would behave as if you have less. For Nasus 's passive I would either say exclude it from the calculation or make it contribute half.

  2. Armor pen/lethality- With assassins adc's and some bruisers almost having it in their core build it should have some diminishing returns for the whole team. Meaning if the top laner builds item 3071with all passive stacks on an enemy champ and an attacking assassin with item 3147 item 3142 the amount bypassing armor should be diminishing. with this change to armor pen/lethality it will introduce team coordination at least for building lethality. I don't have an idea where the numbers should be

  3. "Multi-Shielding" and Healing- I am using multi-shielding loosely here because I don't know how would you classify shield amplification for item 3504 or other items like that. for shields, their should be a diminishing return on stacking shields (meaning shield on someone who is shielded already), On the amount amplified, or both. Idk if to place Morgana e and other like that as a shield since it only shields one type of damage. As for healing, Same as shield amplification where it diminishes on the amount amplified. Both changes will make it so that supports that have shields and healing wouldn't be mindless stacking items that help out their shields/heals

if anyone else has an idea where diminishing returns should go, comment below
