Regarding the Ryze nerfs

Thanks for pulling the base Q damage nerf. I'm much more content with the 2 rune Q steroid being toned down.

If I could recommend a possible nerf it would be giving Ryze snare a delay. Maybe make a circle form around the victim .25 before the snare begins so that the enemy has some window to react.
