Abilities quickcast have range indicator but AA does not? DEV please!

Quickcast abilities have range indicators, upon releasing Q, W, E, or R the spell automatically fires without any need to left click.

Autoattacks have range indicator if using "Player Attack Move" but releasing the hotkey does not fire, as it requires an additional input of the left mouse key.

If using "Player Attack Move Click" it will fire upon releasing the hotkey, but there is no range indicator.

It seems odd to me that powerful abilities have this express feature, but basic auto attacks require an extra step to complete.

Is there a proper and legit work around this? In the "interface" show attack range makes no difference.

Would a simple macro of let's say binding the "Player Attack Move" to "a" and having the macro automatically press the left mouse click once after releasing "a" be acceptable?

Thanks!

Im pretty sure the standard keybind is holding a to show your aa range althought i might be wrong. I know you can bind it in client though.

I don't know if this is default or did I set it up loooong ago, but my A is automatically an attack, and shift + A brings up auto-attack range indicator.
