All of the Sustain in Runes is Really Causing Problems

Now that every champion can sustain forever because runes offer so much healing it is hard to force people out of lane. Does anybody else feel this? It just doesn't seem like I have to manage my backs anymore or really care about taking a little harrass while trying to farm. I feel like sustain is just way too strong in runes. I kinda wish they would just remove all sustain runes.
