Elise Jungle Cinderhulk vs Magus

I'm about to buy Elise and saw a few videos on her jungleing. One guy goes cinderhulk and the other goes magus. The way I was going to do it was to go magus all the time but I want to know if there are any execptions when using cinderhulik. Like should I use cinderhulk against certain champions? pls help
