Mouse Does Not Work Beginning of Match

Okay, so immediately after a match is created and I am next to the store, my left click of my mouse does nothing. I cannot click on the minimap or the store. Although the cursor moves, the screen does not move with it when at my screen borders (pressing y or t does nothing). I can right click however.

After I disconnect and reconnect about twice (sometimes thrice), the mouse works again...

this has nothing to do with my mouse as it works perfectly pre and post game, and I have even tried different mice, all with the same result.

I am on latest version of Mac (air)
